Absolutely. The simple sway of a hammock, seaside walks or reading a book.
It’s different for everyone though, what relaxes one might not be the same for another.
I do see your point though, take it back to basics?
A meditation teacher once told me we have a thought every second, that really put into perspective how beneficial a “break” can be.
