Only as old as you feel.

I recently attended one of the worlds biggest festivals (Tommorrowland in Belgium, 200k people per weekend big). I felt exhausted and lacked the energy I had in previous years.

On the way back on a train to Brussels I met a Brazilian woman, she was 58 years old, attended with her husband and was absolutely buzzing from the energy! She told me she didn’t need “the naughty stuff or the drinks” to have fun as she was high on life and loves the music and meeting “the young ones”.. she had that thing, a touch of crazy and full of love.

Good on her! I struggled at nearly 30. Hahaha!
