I'll bet, it never stops hurting, the harder the crack the more rewarding the healing will be.

I wrote this piece after breaking down in my kitchen. I realized it had been one year since I got my heart broken and I cried because it still feels so raw. I struggle with communication and vulnerability so I’ve been bearing this pain alone and writing this was super cathartic because even if I can’t talk about it, I can write about it.
