I’m glad you’re reading between the lines, discovering and taking action personally to combat this issue.

What was once a special treat is now heavily impacting our health and the health our planet.

I was vegan for a part of my life, dairy is hard work to give up, but not impossible. One day maybe I will approach that again too.
